Results: Out of 158 pregnant women, 129 were normotensive, 27 had gestational non- proteinuric hypertension and 2 had gestational proteinuric hypertension. None of them developed gestational proteinuria or eclampsia. For ROT, its sensitivity was 55.2%, its specificity was 78.3%, positive predictive value of 36.4%, and negative predictive value of 88.6%. For MAP, its sensitivity was 41.4%, its specificity was 94.6%, positive predictive value of 63.2%, and negative predictive value of 87.8 and paxil.
